FAQ

Do I need to be “good” at yoga?

Absolutely not! The yoga we’ll be doing will be for beginners. I promise I won’t make you sweat.

Do I need to come with someone or is it okay to show up alone?

Definitely okay to come alone. You’ll meet tons of women on the same journey as you.

What should I wear?

Comfy, moveable clothes. Yoga clothes are a good option. It’s also cold in Nashville in February, so definitely grab a coat.

What if I actually need to talk to a licensed therapist?

So glad you asked. Katie Gustafson is a licensed therapist and will be available to attendees should they need.

Are there payment plan options?
